Faye Resnick of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills for $1.605 million.
The traditional-style house is surrounded by mature landscaping and sits on slightly more than half an acre with fruit trees, patios and a swimming pool. Features include an open floor plan, hardwood floors, a living room fireplace and a wall of French doors in the dining room that open to a balcony with treetop views.
There are three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,567 square feet of living space.

Eddie Murphy sells Granite Bay Estate
Let's face it: Eddie Murphy has his hands full. First he exchanged vows with producer Tracey Edmonds on New Year's Day on a private island off Bora Bora. Then the pair announced their split just two weeks later, before they even had the chance to make their ceremonial union legal in the United States.

Real' housewife buys in another Hills
Another Grammy winner, Macy Gray, sold her Encino home in January for $4.75 million. Now the property is listed at $11.7 million. That's after a major redo by owners Nick and Linda DeLeo and Sutton Designs Ltd.
The house, built in 1998, was a 10,000-square-foot Colonial. Now it's a 12,500-square-foot-plus traditional with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
The gated tennis-court estate, on more than an acre of manicured grounds, has a gourmet kitchen, a wine cellar, a media room and a two-bedroom detached guesthouse.
Gray, 40, won a Grammy in 2001 for best pop female vocal performance for "I Try." The singer portrayed in the movie "Shadowboxer," costarring Cuba Gooding Jr. and Helen Mirren.
She released her most recent album, "Big," earlier this year.

Gray makes 'Big' move toward the traditional
Nicole Mitchell Murphy, actor Eddie Murphy's ex-wife, has listed her Calabasas home at slightly less than $10 million.
The estate, built in 2005, has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in 9,200 square feet. The home also has a six-car garage, a screening room and mountain and canyon views
Murphy, 39, split with her husband in June 2005, after 12 years of marriage and five children. When they met, she was a top-earning model.
